24. If you’ve lightened your hair, SOMETIMES lightning your eyebrows is a way of softening your look. Do test this out on a picture of you with photoshop or something before lightning your brows.

If you want black on your waterline, but you don’t want the white line between the waterline and the eyeliner on your lashline (which happens when you’re in a hurry), apply a thick colour line on the waterline and then squeeze your eyes shut to make it “bleed” into the lashline, now apply the colour to your lashline and you’re done.

22. Ow noooo you’re going out unexpectantly and you’re leaving in 2 minutes and you’re not wearing any makeup.... use some concealer under your eyes, (re)curl your lashes and use 2 or 3 layers of mascara. Also add a strong lipcolour and you’re done.
