NAILS
Hi everyone,
For some reason these nails remind me of pixies, so I gave them that name.
I used:
(from left to right) OPI - Natural Nai Base Coat, Essie - Mesmerize, Nfu-Oh - 53, Seche Vite - Dry Fast Top Coat, OPI - DripDry
I cleaned my nails using Herome Caring Nial Polish Remover, this brings the least amount of damage to my nails and cuticles.
On my clean nails I used a basecoat to make sure my nails don't stain and one coat of Mesmerize to give the blue basecoat.
On top of the Mesmerize I used 2 coats of the no. 53 Nfu-Oh flakies, this gives the blue glitter and pink flakies effect.
As a Topcoat I used my new Seche Vite, I like this stuff, it's a little more fluid then the OPI Topcoat I usually use but so far gives the same quick trying and protection that I'm used to. Over this I used the OPI drying drops because I'm as usual in a hurry and I have to time... ARGH no time!!! Why am I typing I have no time, this takes time ARGH PANIC!!! ;)

I think the lamplight gives the best image of how my nails look i.r.l.
Hi everyone,
I was tagged by Retailtherapy and Almost Famous to do a top 5 of favourite polishes and 1 least favourite. So, here I am, thinking sooo hard, my polish is chipping ;) I think this is also my Must-Own list, so if you don't have these polishes.... you're not a polish freak ;)
It's sooo difficult to come up with only 5 favourites though!!
The polish that has to be no. 1 on my list is (drumroll!!!)
This China Glaze - Kaleidoscope him out! is absolutely amazing!! (click on the picture to go to the post where I show more pictures).
My no. 2 is the best purple in the world, I seriously think this is a musthave polish for everyone.
This Nubar - Pasadena Purple applies amazingly and it's the only purple I know that works with almost every skintone.
I have to place a nude colour in my list as my no. 3, and this meant choosing between these three:
Innocence by China Glaze (which took 4 coats for this effect)
Suzi & the Lifeguard by OPI (three coats)
and
Bubble bath by OPI (4 coats)
Choosing is hard!! But I remember buying the large bottle of Suzi & the Lifeguard immediately after applying the polish, so that is the one I choose for my no. 3 polish.
My no. 4 polish would be a flakey polish.
Nfu-Oh in no. 51
And last but not least an amazing and famous polish.
For Audrey by China Glaze
My least favourite polish would be a gift I was given (no, not by a person I know, it came in a package as a bonus) and it's the colour Bronzed Perfection by OPI, I HATE this colour, I think it looks like I have dog-poo on my nails (sorry if you love this colour, but with my skintone, it really looks horrible).
Who do I want to tag? I know Fiend has already been tagged already, and many others have been too, soooo I'm going to tag everyone reading this to do a search in their stash (that means you too Martini and Sofi ;) ) and tell us all about your favourite polishes (and least favourite one).
Have a great Sunday everyone!!
