Hi Ivee,
I did this witch look for you. I'll tell you it's the easiest look ever.

What I did was I used my Make Up For Ever, HD Primer in 001 Neutral and over this I used half a pump of Make Up For Ever, HD Foundation in 155, I applied this only around the hairline (blending very very well into the hairline) and I used half a pump of the Make Up For Ever, HD Foundation in 140 Soft Beige on the centre of my face blending this with the 155. Under my eyes I patted some MUFE lift concealer. This all means you look like you're lit from within and it helps with the contouring. I then used the stapling brush (Sephora) to blend Chanel - Bronze Universel under my cheekbones and blending this into the hairline. Because I'm wearing this to a club I powdered with Laura Mercier - Lanslucent Loose Setting Powder and a velours puff. I then used a Smashbox contouring powder and my Illamasqua highlighter brush to contour under my cheekbones and on the temples and on my jawline. To blend this out and make it look more natural I used a L'Oreal Foundation powder and a huge Illamasqua powder brush to blend this into the rest of the makeup. All of this takes up the most time.
For the eyes I started with Urban Decay Primer Potion.
Ivee, because you're wearing a black wig, I'd use a brow pencil to fill in my brows if I were you. Or you can make it last longer by using a slightly lighter browpowder and a pencil in the colour of your brows to make them look naturally fuller.
I then used Stila - Smudge Pott in black and using my finger I patted this on my eye.
I then used Make Up For Ever Diamond Eyeshadow in 307 Diamond Black. This is a black eyeshadow with very very small glitter particles. I used my Smashbox Dome shaped brush to apply this and I used my NEW 217 MAC blending brush to blend the edges. I then started building the shape, going for a winged out smokey eye.
The trick with this is building on the colour slowly because you don't want to make any mistakes and this also means your colour will last longer.
I then used the same shadow and a NEW MAC pencil brush to brush some colour under my eyes as well but keeping it very close to the lashline. Most smokey eyes have lined rimmes. I thing that this is very pretty but also closes the eyes, so if you want to you can line your waterline with black (or even prettier would be a blue or purple to bring out the colour of your eyes).
I then curled my lashes and used Urban Decay Lash primer and Buxom Lashes by Bare Essentials.
Let this dry and then curl again (very carefully because you don't want wet lashes to stick to the lashcurler and then pull them out so be carefull with this step). Add some more mascara and you're done with the eyes.
On the lips I used Gash by Urban Decay. I didn't line my lips because I want the lips to look not to neatly. If you're afraid of bleeding you can line them. You can also use a lipstain to ensure that when the lipstick fades you still have colour in your lips under the lipstick.

Now remember, you're a witch, so no smiling you!!!
